Where can I get a list of good photoshop tips?

I want to make a layout but can't do anything really then resize, edit photos *change to b.w , resize, put text into it*. Does anyone know a good site for tips?

I hate to be obvious, but google 'photoshop tips'. I just did and got a huge list of sites just made for providing info.
